There are so many certifications that it is not possible to define what will be useful and more than that if what you learnt is useful for your career start.
There are now thousands of courses and certifications. Everybody is busy giving certifications which are good to have, but hardly makes a difference in interview. So, should you do certifications? Well, yes, if you are a fresher it still gives you a good support and shows your interest. So you can target to get some certifications, but should not worry about getting too many of them. After first few certifications, they make no impact. Neither on your learning nor on your chances of getting selected.
What it does not tell anybody is how much you learnt. So it is better to focus on quality learning as much as possible from your courses and certificates.
It is advised that you start with free certifications and then do a paid one to gain credibility.
Please note: Free certification might turn to paid but were free while writing this post.
